Multi-input networks do not support validation

I was able to train a multi-input network. However, Now that I want to validate the network, I get this error message.
Error using trainNetwork (line 170)
Multi-input networks do not support validation.
Caused by:
Error using trainNetwork>iValidateNoMISOAndValidationData (line 581)
Multi-input networks do not support validation.
Does anyone know how to get around this?

Hi,
Multi-input networks do not support validation.
You can try to customize the training loop to use validation data:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/deeplearning/ug/train-network-using-custom-training-loop.html
However, dlnetwork is not supported for multi-input networks.
Depending on what you are doing you might be able to do something like in this example:
https://www.mathworks.com/help/deeplearning/ug/train-a-siamese-network-for-dimensionality-reduction.html
Or you may use a model function to define their network:
