Creating a transfer function from a frequency sweep FFT

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to define a tranfer function for my mecchanical system. I've done a frequency sweep from 0Hz to 30Hz and obtained 2 data vectors; input and output.
I've done the FFT(x,y) but how can I get a transfer function
TF= num(s) / den(s) or a bode from that FFT analysis?

You can do that using System Identification Toolbox, or using tfestimate from Signal Processing Toolbox.
