Stateflow does not support code mappings

In R2019b Stateflow, I am geeting the warning, "...does not support code mappings" What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

The warning seems to refer to the settings made in this interface:
Code Mappings Editor
It sounds like generated code from the model would not honor these settings it inherits from above in the model hierarchy, so we don't get fine control over C code generated from that part of the model.
