why did report generator stop working

Report generator locked up when doing Simulink Design Description Report, then the next time I opened Matlab the Report Generator seems to be disabled. If I type "report" it indicates, "To use 'report', at least one of the following products must be licensed, installed and enabled: Embedded Coder, MATLAB Report Generator, RF Toolbox, Simulink Real-Time". If I type "ver" the license are still present for MATLAB and Simulink Report Generators. The App explorer indicates the Report Generator is installed. How do I get the Report Generator enabled again?
