You need deep learning toolbox to be installed in your system which provides a framework for designing and implementing deep neural networks with algorithms, pretrained models, and apps. With the Deep Network Designer app, you can also design, analyze, and train networks graphically.
To install Deep Learning Toolbox, or any additional toolboxes, apps, you can easily browse and find on the Add-On Explorer and install them. Here is the link for more information.
