Error starting MATLAB in Windows

I am currently using the 2019B version od MATLAB on Windows 10.
When I try to open matlab, it displays-
Fatal Error on startup: Internal Error: Failure occurs during desktop startup. Details: Failure loading desktop class.
I even looked for the online solutions. Tried opening from the bin folder. It shows the same error. Even installed Java oracle JDK 15 / JRE 8, set the path in environment variables settings, still didn't help out. Please let me know what am I supposed to do.
