Equating different integer values of a variable from an equation.

I want to calculate different values of y, from an equaltion (eg: y = 10./x), but I'll consider only integer values of y and neglect the others. I'll assign the x values. And finally I need to pair the (x,y) values to use them into anothe equation. Can anyone help me to do the task?

You can test if a value is an integer by checking if the difference between the rounded value and the initial value is small enough.
