Problem connecting to the MATLAB compute

I'm doing the Image Processing Onramp course. When I hit the submit button for Task 2 in Chapter 2 i.e. 2.2: Grayscale and Color Images, I get an error that says, "There was a problem connecting to the MATLAB compute." My internet connection is good. This problem persists. Kindly help me out with this.

Consider using Google Chrome. If problem still persists, contact MathWorks Installation Support via the MathWorks website here: https://www.mathworks.com/support/contact_us.html
