Finding a point in a 3D geographic position

Given an arbitrary set of Data:

Latitude[d.d], Longitude[d.d], Elevation[ft], and Time [s]

0.006, 0, 20, 5.85

0.0143, 0, 21, 35.85

0.03682, 0, 25, 65.85

0.05891, -0.00366, 35, 95.85

How would I interpolate the Lat, Long and Elevation at time = 60?

I would provide some code, but I honestly do not even know where to begin.
