using GMM function in Speaker verification system

hello i am using 'GMM code for speaker verification system, i have tranffered wav audio flile in y variable what i feel difficulty is in using GMM , how to provide GMM arguments and which one for example function, ,mix = gmm(dim, ncentres, covar_type, ppca_dim), need to provide arguments and i dont understand how to provide arguments in this function
