I want to deblur an image that i don't have the original scene

i have this image that i want to deblur and sharpen
i tried to conv the image with a laplacian filter as to sharpen it and got this.
but this isn't satisfactory . ihave explored the deblurring section on the matlab website but all of these functions need the PSF which needs the orginal image and i don't have this so what can i do?

the section on blind deconvolution will attempt to return a PSF as well as the deblurred image; i have tried this in the past with OK (not great, so depends what you mean by 'satisfactory'!) results. good luck :)
