Vector entry differs from the others

I do have a vector like this:
a = [1.58419853136419e-14
5.34759521159677e-15
6.22183215019827e-15
5.33041714550654e-15
-2.45483029515651e-15
-1.86911571271619e-15
5.97058651857027e-15
-1.95925304981131e-15
-3.85194404441396]
So the absolute value of one (or even a few more) value deviates very much from the others. How can i locate this deviator efficiently?
