how to read the timestamp of file

I have 10 files with extention (.csv). I need to read the timestamp of each file (unix timestamp) and save them in one column in text file. Any help is greatly appreciated

Do you mean the date of the last file access?
D = dir('*.xls');
TimeStamp = {D.date};
% Or:
TimeStamp = [D.datenum];
