I'm trying to do the operaton (2^n)/2n with n=(0:100)
how can I form a vector of the same size using the results?

n = 0:100;
y = (2.^n)./(2*n);
You need to use element-wise operators: https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/matlab_prog/array-vs-matrix-operations.html
