Is it possible to handle very large data using LibPointer ?

I am using the lib pointer library to manage some data communitation with some external c library.
But It seems like anything beyond an int32 in size raises the following error :
Maximum variable size allowed by the function is exceeded
I'm not able to find any documentation on the matter so i'm not sure whether this is an expected behaviour ?
If this is the library's limitations do you know of any work around that I can use to solve my problem ?

Hi Salima,
Refer to the setdatatype documentation, and this answer for an example for changing the libpointer data type. Also refer the lib.pointer documentation for an example for retrieving the details about the pointer.
Setting a proper datatype might resolve your error.
