MATLAB out of memory on super computer: How to remove the maximum array size limit in console mode?

Hello!
I am working with a large data set, so I am using our super computer to process the data (the node I am using has 1.5 TB RAM which is way more than I need). So, I dont have any limitations on RAM but the issue is the array size limit set by MATLAB. This size limit is the same on my PC and on the super computer. However, I don't know how to remove this limit on a Linux-based environment in console mode. It is easy to do this in Windows: MATLAB Preferences -> Workspace -> Matlab array size limit (check box off). Does anybody know how to resolve this issue on Linux-based system in console mode?
