i am new in creating tables and i wanna create an attendance sheet from the input given by the user and i am not able to figure out ,how can i do it?

Can you show us what input the user is going to give you (a file, literally typing data at the input prompt, selecting "present" or "absent" buttons on a UI, etc.)?
Can you show us what you've written so far? Perhaps it's close enough that we can suggest some simple changes to get it working.

Like i am creating facial recognition attendance system in which the recognised faced has to be displayed on the table from the dataset. I am stuck with the tabular part as my program is able to detect the face but not able to proceed forward with the name storage process.
So can you suggest me ways to store names ??
