sscexplore plot data from multiple nodes on one graph

In this product demonstration video for simscape at approximately 30 minutes the demonstrator is able to overlay 2 nodes' data at once: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ERrf7qtV4e0

However in my r2020a academic use version of Matlab I am unable to select two nodes at once even with the Plot Signals: Overlay option enabled. Shift-selection does not appear to work, nor any other modifier key I could think of.

What do I need to do to access this functionality?
