Error while running Cyclomatic complexity check

I am trying to run Cyclomatic complexity check for Simulatble model. I am facing below mentioned issue.
Error occurred during model compile.
Index in position 4 exceeds array bounds (must not exceed 1).
I want to debug excatly which array causing this issue.

Press Ctrl+D to update the mode, or better, run a simulation first to make sure your model has no errors first.
