Sending Data using the 5G NR Downlink Carrier Waveform Generation Example

Hello,
I have a model that I want to send data from Point A to B, and I want to use the "5G NR Downlink Carrier Waveform Generation" example to be able to send the data using the 5g model network. How can I do this?
I assume that Point A would be the data source using "pdcch{1}.DataSource = input;". But how can I have an output for this as well? So that I can send the output to a specific address.
