CPLEX instantiation and MATLAB issue

I am creating an empty CPLEX instant in MATLAB and notice the following errors includined in the model stucture. Can anyone help with the meaning of these?

cplex = Cplex()
ans=
Cplex handle
Properties:
Model: [1x1 struct]
Param: [1x1 struct]
DisplayFunc: @disp
Methods, Events, Superclasses
>> cplex.ERROR_INCORRECT_ARGUMENTS
ans =

>> cplex.ERROR_INCORRECT_PATH
ans =
