Hi, I am currently using MATLAB 2020Ra to construct an attractor for phase-space analysis of ECG traces. This involves getting 3 delay co-ordinates for each cycle period, separated by a time tau which is equal to one third of the cycle length. I am trying to make the tau adaptive to changes in cycle period within the trace to create a less noisy attractor and was wondering if someone could please help me with this?
