How do I make it so that there are two roads at the same height?

How do I make it so that the roads are at the same height? I would like these two roads to be parallel and have the same height and angles. Copy Paste functionality does not seem to work in the 2D Editor?

I understand you are trying to create two roads with the same height in RoadRunner. I would suggest trying the Road Height Tool if you haven't already. I believe that should allow you to control the height of the roads you are creating.

As of R2021b, copy and paste is only available within the 3D editor. You can still achieve the desired duplication using copy and paste directly in the scene view:
