How can I select -nojvm from VBA?

I have generic COM object built in BuilderNE but need to turn off jvm. I don't see how to do it from the deploytool. I'm using as dll in an Excel application.
I'd prefer to do this from the VBA.
Alternatively, how can I build and package generic COM object from command line?
