console application in matlab

i have 2 questions and i searched in Matlab help a lot ... but dont achieve an exact answer ..

1) what is difference between a console application and a stand alone application in matlab?

2) how can i use a console application (that created in matlab) in c#?

i create a console application with "deploytool" in matlab but i dont know how it works or how to use it ...

your answer is very important to me ... thanks for your help
