How can construct a QAM signal with a specific center band(carrier) frequency in Simulink?

I have to simulate a Microwave radio link, which uses digital QAM. I have to set the center frequency, but as i checked, the bulit-in QAM, QPSK,IQ modulators, trandsmitters, etc. don't allow it.

In fact, it's not a problem if it's requires MATLAB coding, i just need to find a way to adjust the carrier frequency(or the mid-band frequency of the QAM signal).
