I have the following two signals in matlab.

I want to know which signal is varying slowly and which is varying fast.

I have also plotted the graphs of these signals in MATLAB.

you can simply compare the average abs value of the slope (using diff)

so average_abs_slope = mean(abs(diff(x)))
