estimation of intensity using kernel method

hi.. I found a SURF interest points which is of size (2 x 182) for my original image of size (256 x 256)... Now i want to find a density of that interest points by kernel method which is explain in the paper "Categorization and segmentation of Intestinal content frames for Wireless capsule endoscopy".. Please send me the matlab codes for that formulas reffered in that paper...
