Hi Moiz, if you are looking for Fourier phase of an image then the below code might help.
% Read the image
img = imread('pout.tif');
img = im2double(img);
% Calculate Fourier phase map
phaseMap = rescale(angle(fft2(img)));
% Visualize results
figure
subplot(1, 2, 1)
imshow(img)
title('Original image')
subplot(1, 2, 2)
imshow(phaseMap)
title('Fourier phase map')
