The fields 'best_perf', 'best_vperf' and 'best_tperf' in the output of the 'train' function contain the performance of the network evaluated at each epoch on the Training, Validation and Test sets respectively.
best_perf: Best Training Performance
best_tperf: Best Testing Performance
best_vperf: Best Validation Performance
