accuracyの算出方法

現在こちらを参考にセマンティックセグメンテーションを行っています．そこで，評価のためにevaluateSemanticSegmentationを使用しているのですがaccuracyが
精度スコア = TP / (TP + FN)
と算出されていました．一方で，semanticSegmentationMetricsでは，
Accuracy = (TP + TN ) / (TP + TN + FP + FN)
と算出されていました．
これは，どちらが正しいのでしょうか？
