Need help with bode plot

I have in total 19 .txt files that each contain 3000 rows and 3 columns (time, input, response from system), and each file is at a given frequency (in the file name). I was able to access the .txt files and created basic plots detailing each .txt file from a script. I am not sure at all how to create a single bode plot for all of this data. My objective is to create a bode plot and from that bode plot, I have to create a single transfer function in the form of a second order system.
