how slice the Dicom image

Hi...
I am currently working 3d medical images and i need to read dicom image and find out the volumetric then slice the image and displaying them. i have gone through many mathworks example i did'nt get if any one know pls explain are give me some example coding or link.

You say "i have gone through many mathworks example i did'nt get if any one" so how am I to know if I give you yet one more example that I'm not just wasting my time, since none of the prior examples worked for you? Perhaps you should get personalized help from the Mathworks where they can talk you through this over the phone.
