T stats and Standard errors from the Estimate function

I am trying to get the t statistics from the "Estimate" function. I am estimating an ARMA/ARIMA, the t statistics are displayed as a table on the screen, but I need to store it as a variable. I am having trouble doing that. I can store the coefficients but not the t stats or the standard error through the following code:
c0 = EstBESTMODVOL.Constant;
ar0 = EstBESTMODVOL.AR;
ma0 = EstBESTMODVOL.MA;
var0 = EstBESTMODVOL.Variance;
