Creating matrix with different elements

Hi
I have to create a 3 * 4 matrix whose elements are between 3 and 8, but the element of each row will be different. How can I creat it?

This is one way
lb = 3;
ub = 8;
M = rand(3,4);
for i = 1:size(M,1)
M(i,:) = randperm(ub-lb+1, size(M,2))+lb-1;
end
Result
>> M
M =
4 5 8 6
3 6 7 8
7 3 6 8
