How to use gaussian filter order and length instead using sigma

Hi everyone, can anyone assist me on how I would like to filter the data using gaussian filtering using filter order and length instead by applying sigma. For example, the data that I want to filter is at cutoff degree order (d/o) = 200 accompanied by a filter length of 1.1degree. By using this way, I can determine the optimal filter parameters of the data. I have attached my example files as well. I hope that anyone could show me they way on how to execute this. Thank you.
