problem with MATLAB Drive Connector

I am having this issue since I downloaded the MATLAB Drive Connector and I have tried to uninstall it but it would not let me, can somebody help me solve this issue or tell me how to force the uninstallation?
Ps. I already tried to uninstall it from the control panel

Have you tried contacting technical support? That appears to be the recommendation based on the error encountered.

It will likely take a couple days for you to hear something back.
the thing is that it has been almost a month, and since people answer quite fast here I decided to ask

That's not right. Something's gone wrong. I'd try again.
In the meantime, the only debugging steps I'm aware of with Drive can be found here.
