arduino timer compare interrupt s-function implementation

I wanted to write an s-function for timer1 compare interrupt. simulation at external mode pauses at the first time step (0.1). Interrupt works and I can see the signal at pin-13 but no signal at pin-12. It seems that sw locks inside the interrupt and does not continue with the code written at s-function outputs tab.
