Hello!
I have a task to create a 2-D plot with (x,y). On this plot I have to show
if x < y ,then all these points should be coloured red .
if x > 11,then the points should be coloured green .
Could you please help me on how to plot this (xy) graph ?

I suggest MATLAB Onramp. Ch 9 covers the basics of plotting. You'll also need Ch 12 (logical arrays).
