I am trying to run the MISRA C:2012 modelling standards checks on my model. When performing the checks that require an update diagram I get the error
But running a usual update model or building the model is fine.
Can anyone point me in the direction that could fix this?

Hi Matthew,
I understand you are getting the following error in Model Advisor:
"Dot indexing is not supported for variables of this type"
I have encountered the same error rather sporadically in the Model Advisor Configuration Editor. However, this error mostly disappears upon restarting the MATLAB session. If this doesn't work, then try running the following command in the MATLAB command line:
rehash toolbox
rehash toolboxcache
Running these command has helped me resolve this issue. I hope this would help you too.
