Connection of display images in guide

Hi, I need your help in guide application. I have three axes, in first one I display input image, in second one I show how works my skull removal algorithm, and I have problem with the third axes. My academic teacher wants the third axes to display a manually processed image, but I don't know how to combine the operation of the 1st and 3rd axes. Images are processed in paint. Can u help me?

Magdalena - how do you want to combine the two images? What should the result look like? Can you attach the images and show what the desired/expected outcome should be?

Geoff, this is my application now (see below), in first one input image, in second one image processed by algorithm, and third, where I want display image which I processed in paint. I have to make the third image display the equivalent of the first image. For example:
And this is image processed by paint that should apper in third axes:
