sir ,i am a student of MTech and i am doing my thesis topic on "rain detection and removal from image",where i can able to detect the rain streaks but now my work is to remove the rain streaks and get the clear picture from it.so i try to use the "MCA or Morphological Component Analysis based image decomposition technique to remove the rain streaks". i stuck in the MATLAB CODE. please help me regarding this matter. u can mail me also on my mail id which is [jagannathmishra501@gmail.com] PLEASE HELP ME. If it's not in the File Exchange, and no one sends it to you, then you'll have to do your project by yourself. Or ask the authors of whatever paper you're looking at.

What error are you getting, in which line of code of which routine? What is the size() and class() of your image?

"is not working" is not specific enough for anyone to offer help. Bilateral filter doesn't really deal directly with low and high frequency components. Perhaps you are thinking of Fourier filtering or wavelets.
