I cannot get access the demo programs which needs license

Hey, I contacted my administrator for the original license of MATLAB which my college bought. But whenever I add license to my account it shows i'm not authorised to use the license.
Please help!

This is impossible to answer for the community. Please contact installation support (if something goes with installing or licensing) or customer support (if the issue is within the MathWorks Account).

Is there any possibility that administrator must register to Mathworks using his e-mail then it may allow demo programs?

The administrator is a person who administers a MATLAB license. This person is registerd at MathWorks and can contact MathWorks Sales for a trial.
If you mean "your IT admin", then it is not necessary that this person contacts MathWorks. It can also be you. And the fact that you can post here shows, you already provided data.
