specify plot point using plot3

let say i have 3 matrix x,y,z that has same size of 480x632. the question is,how to using plot3 (3D line plot) that only plot every 10th data point in both row and column for each matrix?

plot3(x(1:10:end,1:10:end),y(1:10:end,1:10:end),z(1:10:end,1:10:end),'o')

If you specify a marker, but not a line style, only the markers are plotted. For example:
plot(x,y,'d')
