Image Segmentation Tutorial with cells

Hello, I have the Image Segmentation Tutorial made by Image Analyst. and tried it for cell detection, as i was expecting it couldnt seperate between cells if they were touching which was a big problem, but it was doing such a great job at detecting standalone cells (even when they were not circular) i decided to dive deep into the Image Segmentation Tutorial code and search a way to differentiate between cells even if they are touching each other. Before i try to do it myself, i thought maybe i could ask your help, or a tip. It would be great for me if you could say this is possible to do or with Image Segmentation Tutorial code.
I added my input image and output images from the code. I draw some white lines how the code should differentiate between cells (but it didn't, the code saw seperate cells as one big cell, just because they were touching each other.) . image with all blue cells is my input and rest is output from Image Segmentation Tutorial.
