Do you mean something like "fuzzy k-means" ? Fuzzy clustering using k-means ?
I am trying to write my own kmeans algo from scratch. is uncertain k means available in stats toolbox? fuzzy k means is different from uncertain k means.

Could you give more details or references about "uncertain" kmeans? What have you tried already?

k means in statistics box is normal kmeans clustering. I want to develop kmeans for uncertain data clustering. Please check the following link-
