Fitting circles/finding centers

Hello,
I have images that look like this http://postimage.org/image/cis2x0wd3/ from a Zeeman experiment. I would like to find the radius of the circular rings. Right now I am using improfile to find the peaks of the rings, which is helpful for finding the distance between them. However, to determine the center of the rings this is a bit more complicated. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Did you try imfindcircle() yet? Otherwise try imregionalmax() followed by a bunch of subsequent additional code.
