How todo ANOVA analysis for ANNmodel ?

anova1/2 can do,and the source is Colum and Rows.But the paper's ANOVA analysis source for the joint strength model that is modeled by ANN is Model,Residual.So how to get that results? I'd appreciate if there is anybody answer my question.Thank you very much!

Would you explain your question better? I don't know what ANN is. For higher than 2-way anova you can use anovan and instead of computing row and column effects it expects you to pass in a set of grouping variables.
