Rotary encoder simulation in Simulink

This is to ask about the opportunity to simulate for online students the working principle of rotary encoder. Due to current situation, there is limited access to the labs, so I need something that like experiments to help the students to understand the encoder

You can refer to this docuement for simulating the Hall effect Rotary Encoder in Simscape. You can also find the details of other avaliable encoders and Transducers here.
