How to extract pixel values of eye from the face?

I have done the following so far:

Performed background removal of the image.
Converted image to grayscale.
Performed K-means clustering over the image.
Done thresholding, so I get a binary image (with the hair, eyebrows, and eyes black, and some region of the lips/chin, while the rest of the face is white).
Connected component labelling over the entire image, and plotted them using the plot function.

Now the final output plots the components for the eyes exactly, but how do I extract the pixel values of these components? Because my program captures images through the video, the number of components is different everytime, and so is their area. So what should I do?

Please help me out! Really urgent!
